Haskins Family Fundraising Challenge
Story
Our lives were suddenly and forever touched by heart disease when our youngest daughter Lily at six years of age suffered a cardiac arrest at our home. Thankfully Lily survived and lives with us today with a defibrillator and pacemaker surgically implanted that keeps her little heart beating.
There are things that little girls love to do that Lily can't but she loves going cycling with her sister Arabella, dad Andrew and myself. We enjoy the ride whenever we can to and from school and the ride to our business 3Seeds at the Fyshwick Fresh Foods Markets
We ask you to help us reach our fundraising goal for this family ride of $1000 to help fund exciting research funded by the Heart Foundation that could be on the brink of finding new ways to predict when children are at risk of cardiac arrest.
